How do I Download and Install Jet Casino?
The following are instructions for downloading and installing the casino software on an IBM compatible computer:
- Open our website here and click Download on our Home page. A dialog box opens enabling you to Run, Save or Cancel your download request.
- Click Save. You will be prompted to select where you want the downloaded file saved. Be sure you remember where the file is saved; we suggest saving it to your desktop.
- Click Save again. The SetupCasino.exe installation file may take several minutes to download depending on the speed of your Internet connection. After the file is downloaded a dialog box opens.
- Click Run. You are prompted to select the language you wish to use.
- Select the language. Other casino files begin downloading. This may take several minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
- Either browse, or select a location on your computer to install these other casino files. We suggest you keep the default setting.
- Click Install. The License Agreement opens.
- Read the agreement then click I Agree to install the remaining files. The Casino opens automatically. If your internet connection is slow, you can begin playing Blackjack or Slot Machine for fun while the files continue to download in the background. Once all files are downloaded, you can either play for Real Money or for Fun.
- Follow the online registration and deposit instructions. When your initial deposit is processed (for Real Money players) you can begin enjoying your full gaming experience.
Incomplete Download
If you do not see the casino icon on your desktop, you can locate it by doing the following:
- Click Start and then select Search.
- Select For Files or Folders and indicate that you want to search for a Document.
- Enter the file name: setupcasino.exe and click Find or Search. When you locate this file, double click on it to install the casino software.
- If the Search function cannot locate the casino file, go to the casino website at http://www.jetcasino.com/download and follow the online downloading instructions. When the files are downloaded, the casino icon appears on your desktop.
How Long does the Download Process Take?
Download time varies depending on the type of connection between your computer and the internet. How Players can Change their Account Currency
If you wish to use a different currency in your casino account, our Customer Support team can configure your account accordingly. Account Locked after Incorrect Username / Password Entered

Cannot Contact the Gaming Server
We are sorry your computer is having difficulty accessing our casino. Our casino software requires a stable connection to download and run the necessary files. Occasionally, the downloading process overtaxes your network resources and you receive the error message Cannot contact gaming server. When this happens, we suggest you wait about 10 minutes then try to login again.

General Connection Problems
