Terms And Conditions

• Players must deposit $25 or more during the month of January 2010 in order to qualify for the prize draw.
• The draw will take place on Monday 1st March 2010 and the winner notified.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their location, first name and first initial of their surname published on the Jet Casino website and in numerous press releases. Numerous photographs for publication will also be taken.
• Each of the cars listed will have varying availability. The winner is required to select their car and then wait for the next available weekend.
• Each of the cars listed has a varying minimum age limit for hire. Any vehicle with an age limit above the winning players’ age will not be available for hire under any circumstances.
• No security deposit for the vehicle will be required from the winning player.
• The winning player must have a full, nationally recognised driving license.
• Jet Casino will provide £200 in cash for the winner to purchase high quality petroleum.
• The weekend hire has a limited mileage which must be adhered to. Any excess mileage on the vehicle will be paid for by the winning player at a pre-defined cost per mile.
• Fully Comprehensive Insurance will be provided for the winning player.
• There is no cash equivalent available for this prize. If the winning player does not accept the prize or for any reason is unable to drive the vehicle, a second name will be drawn.
• If for some reason a vehicle cannot be provided by Jet, a cash bonus of $1,500 will be paid to the winning player with no wagering requirement.
